Pre made 1.5" wide rhinestone collar in Neon Hot Pink with a 1" taper in Black. The rhinestones are striped with Deep Purple, Light Pink, and Clear rhinestones. The conchos are Light Pink and Opal.

Fits 16-20 inches.
